Casa Jolanda is a stylish villa in a quiet hillside location above the small yacht and fishing harbor of Caleta de Vélez, just 30 km east of Málaga. The 18-hole Baviera Golf course borders directly on the development—perfect for golf and sea lovers.



The villa offers a bright, spacious living area with high-quality furnishings. The living room features satellite TV with international channels, digital radios, soundbar, air conditioning, electric shutters, and insect screens. Through two arches, you reach the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plenty of dishes, as well as the dining area with access to the covered terrace.



Casa Jolanda has two spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 in the main house (lower floor) offers two connected single beds (each 120 × 200 cm), large built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower-bathtub, toilet, and sink. Bedroom 2 in the separate guest house by the pool has two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm), a sofa, and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with outdoor access is in the main house and leads to the covered terrace.



The private pool (4 × 8 m) is surrounded by terraces with sun and shade. In summer, a large rattan chill sofa provides comfort. Four loungers with cushions and a charcoal grill invite you to relax. The elevated position offers stunning views over the bay of Torre del Mar and the surrounding hills.



Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, and the weekly market (Saturdays) are about 600 m away; the beach is about 900 m—all within easy walking distance. Casa Jolanda is ideal for guests seeking peace, comfort, and sea views.
