You'll find heating in the bedrooms, an 80-inch OLED TV with Sony sound system, capsule coffee maker, and a kettle for tea or baby bottles. Fans and heaters are available for added comfort. Step-free access throughout both inside and outside ensures easy mobility for all guests.



Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, open terrace, and an outdoor shower with mountain views. The private saltwater pool, open year-round, comes with plenty of loungers and armchairs. Next to it, a Jacuzzi offers bubbles, water jets, and night lights with chromotherapy. Two bicycles, swings, and scooters for children are also at your disposal.



Shared parking on the property accommodates up to 12 vehicles. Smoking is allowed. Animals such as chickens, rabbits, and geese live on the neighboring plot. Events are not permitted. Families with children have access to a crib, shared toys and books, and bikes for the little ones.
