Holiday home for 20 people in Benajarafe Alto, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Located in Benajarafe Alto, a town belonging to the Malaga municipality of Vélez-Málaga, this villa has three houses that can accommodate a total of 20 people.

For groups of up to 16 people, only two houses would be opened and the third would remain closed, only opening this third house by paying an extra amount and for groups of 17 or more people.

The owners live to the side of the villa, which allows them to take care of the maintenance of the pool and gardens as well as attend to the tenants.

The distribution of the houses is as follows:

A house has four double bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with single beds, three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub, a toilet, a spacious living room, a kitchen and two large terraces.

Another house has two floors and has four double bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with single beds, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The third house also has two floors and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds.

The villa has several terraces and a large area for sunbathing. There is also a covered barbecue area and wood oven, private parking, a tennis court and a large private pool.
