First the rooms are dark and uncomfortable and don’t keep the humidity out, so didn’t really sleep. Our mission became trying to stay away from the property as much as possible. I got free electro therapy trying to turn on the bedroom light. The showers have snails and lizards. Slow responses from personell in restaurant (which only serves buffets now - last year was à la carte). If I’d pay about half I maybe would’ve expected something similar. But a premium price needs a premium stay. And it was far away from that. "
