“Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

“Allt var perfekt!”

“The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful”

“Good hotel on the calm side of Tulum. Nice details and great staff. ”

“Amazing location right on the beach. Lovely staff and great food and drinks in the beach restaurant.”

“Absolutely amazing stay at La Valise, quite, not many tourists and the hotel staff was amazingly friendly. We changed hotel after a couple of days due to fully booked and regretted it big time. If I’d go to Tulum again I would absolutely stay here again. A little feedback to the hotel would have been if there was a small fridge on the rooms for cold water during night or to have you medication in it would have been great. They could absolutely spare it for you somewhere but it’s a little...

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

“My solo trip to Libelula was incredible to say the least. With tons of beautiful views, located directly on the beach with astounding rooms that capture the essence of a space of relaxation. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making this trip one for the books. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tulum!”

“From start to finish, I had a great experience with Radhoo Hotel. It's a small hotel so they give you an intimate feeling of profeasional service. Alejandro was a favorite concierge who did above and beyond great service for tou, but also the other waiters. Would for sure visit again when the weather is better! ”
