“The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. “The lovely couple that owns this property lives next door. When we arrived, the husband showed us around with his broken English and my broken Italian. His wife brought us over bruschetta, mozzarella, other cheeses and salami, pizza, and olives from their farm. It was greatly appreciated after our drive. The house is outfitted well with everything you need for basic cooking. There is an outdoor kitchen available in a covered area just outside the door also. Just one air conditioner in the house...

“Sehr freundlicher, hilfbereiter Gastgeber, der einen gut einweist und auf alle Fragen sehr nett antwortet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen und die Betten sind wirklich gut. Aussergewöhnliche gute Lage. Da es mehr als eine Terasse gibt, kann man die Natur, die Stille und die wunderbare Aussicht genießen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus führt über eine enge, teils steile Straße. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden uns bei diesem überaus freundlichen Vermieter jederzeit wieder...

“We spent a busy and wonderful week at Cecilia & Claudio manor. The manor is well located, closed from Formia, Gaeta, Mondragone, a hour far from Naples (easy driving to any cities using the countryside road). We traveled with our two kids (4 and 2 years old), our stay was mostly focus on water games, nature, relax and Italian food, we got them all.
