“Great location just next to the beach and the busiest part of Venice Beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. No issues with AC. Plenty of space in the room. Big fresh bathroom. Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.”

“Good value for the money. We opted for a cheaper motel since we just needed a place to sleep within walking distance from the beach, and had an overall great stay at Lincoln Inn. Spacious clean room with comfy bed and easy access to parking on the premises. Friendly staff. We felt safe walking to and from the beach both day and night, overall it was a great location for exploring the marina, the canals and the beach by foot.”

“This place is located on the perfect street in Venice to restaurants, bars, beach and whole foods. The staff is so nice and really wants to help. The rooms are good. The isolation might be bit poor for someone who don’t want to hear their neighbours. The check in experience is great and super convenient. The sheets feels bit old and could be switched out to newer ones in my opinion. ”

“Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. ”

“I like the concept of the virtual lobby, except for when the access code stopped working and no one was on site. I don’t have a U.S. phone number, so calling for help was very expensive, but I had no choice. The property itself is modern and generally well-maintained, but the cleaning staff tends to slack off. They don’t clean the corners of the floors, leave hair in the shower, and don’t properly clean the toilet and the sink. It’s a shame, because the place really has potential. Great...

“Really nice! Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with staff who cared about the buffer and kept it nice and clean. Easy to park the car. The hotel felt modern and very well kept. It was the second stay on our trip, we came back because we liked it so much. We will stay here again if we come back to the area. ”
