“If we could give a higher rating we would! We got upgraded to the signature appartment with the rooftop terrace and it is just a fantastic place to stay at. Awesome location with views over the canals and to sit at the rooftop and overlook the basilica of San Marco is just breathtaking. If we are to return to Venice we would definitely choose the same place again. Fantastic!”

“The hotel is as luxurious as the name implies. Recently renovated rooms with good material that feels luxurious. The placement of the hotel is great, at least 15 minutes walking in any direction will bring you to a attraction. The service was perfect with the woman working there being very friendly and helpful. She let us have our bags there after check out so we did not have to carry everything with us. Highly recommend!”

“Hotellet ligger i ena hörnet av Marcusplatsen och vårt rum hade utsikt mot denna. Magiskt känsla att dricka morgonkaffe med den vyn. Tänk på att bara några rum har utsikt. Rummet, frukost och service är helt enastående. Litet intimt och vackert utan att vara påträngande. Bättre personal har vi sällan träffat på. Inget negativt? “B&B Vista sul Canal Grande är en pärla. Vi hade nöjet att kunna boka det stora rummet, med utsikt över Canal Grande och har sällan eller aldrig varit mer nöjda med vårt rum. Visst, båtarna som ska svänga in i den mindre kanalen, tutar (vilket dom måste) men detta lilla störningsmoment är något man enkelt står ut med. “Nice little bed and breakfast. You should not expect much but you get a decent room at a good price in a good location. The reception is shared with the hotel next door. Would be good if this was stated somewhere so you know where to go when checking in.”

“My husband, 9 and 10-year-old daughters and I loved staying at the B&B Fortuny. It is a very short walk from the water bus stop which makes it an easy journey to and from the Marco Polo Airport. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. Die sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat uns die Wohnung übergeben, alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Es lohnt sich übrigens auch die Giudecca zu erkunden und zu entdecken. Dort findet man ein ganz anderes Venedig. ”
