âWe loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised. The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. âThis was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than...

âWe had an overnight in murano and it was just what we needed. Beautiful location and just a few minutes away from venice by water taxi just outside the door. It was comfortable quiet and a lovely getaway.â

âOwner does not use VRBO for payments and instead uses some third party-software that does not work very well. Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage.
