“Rooms were clean and well stocked, staff at the check in were very warm and friendly. The restaurant overlooks the airport runway so you get a great view while eating. The service at the restaurant is quick and food was ready in less than 20 minutes for a table of 3. Overall great customer service.”

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

The aura is everything and it is a place young families, newly coupled, singles, orders and Youngers can enjoy everything the Turks & Caicos has to offer. “Ocean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar och stor altan mitt på vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan låna kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt åka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt använda deras faciliteter. Man har närhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. ”
