Great Location
The location is quiet and perfectly located. Nice bakery and best geletaria within 50 feet. Didn't notice the five flights of stairs with no lift/elevator when booking so should take that into consideration. We were fine with it!

Comfy apartment in convenient location
Apartment was tastefully decorated and conveniently close to Rialto Bridge. We really appreciated the ability to do our laundry, and even used the clothes line like the locals. Two caveats: apartment is on the top floor (41 stairs up from ground level) and getting to the toilet around the shower is very snug. Not an issue for us, but could be for others.

Un appartement superbement placé : près du Pont du Rialto et de l'embarcadère du vaporetto. Le marché du Rialto également tout proche permet de faire son "marché" en fruits et légumes, et poissons, des plus frais. Il est dommage que le français ne soit pas plus parlé, surtout par les commerçants, quand on a des difficultés en itialien ou en anglais ; commerçants, qui dans la plus grande majorité n'entendent que ces deux langues. Heureusement, la chaleur de l'hospitalité et la qualité de vivre à l'appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût ont rendu un séjour très agréable. .

This was a great location and the hosts were up until 1:30am helping us get in as our flight was late. the only thing to note, is this is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues, this is not the place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and it was wonderful! So clean and very cute! Great visit in Venice
Micol was a gracious host and very helpful before and during the stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a good amount of personal care products and kitchen supplies. The air conditioner worked very well. There are quite a few stairs so don’t bring lots of luggage. It was a great place.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. You cannot beat its location. The place itself is easy to access and has great proximity to restaurants and shops. If you don’t like the sounds and smells of an amazing bakery/cafe outside your door, then this is not the place for you. Great location, Rialto Bridge, and nice apartment. No view but plenty of light. Apartment had everything we needed including good WiFi. Checkin was easy and we took a vaporetto from the train station to Rialto Bridge. This is the center of Venice and it really makes it easy to get to all the sites. I was planning on using the vaporetto (water bus) but every time I used Google Maps or City Mapper for navigation it told me to walk because everything was so close and the vaporetto would take so much longer. I really loved Venice. Much more than I imaged. Would gladly stay here again.

Home away from home in Venice!!!
An amazing stay in a wonderful and peaceful environment. A great location within walking distances of great food, historic buildings and fun. I experienced a true pulse of Venice from this location. The host was truly helpful and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Great location
This apartment is in a fantastic location, minutes away from the Rialto bridge and right in the heart of everything. It's worth booking for the location alone. The host was helpful and had good communication. The apartment was really clean and had nice touches like prosecco and breakfast food on arrival. Couple of points to note though. The apartment is a lot smaller than we expected, the pictures are a bit misleading and make it appear smaller. The bathroom in particular is a really strange layout and very tight - I'm pregnant and if I was any bigger would not have been able to squeeze between the narrow gap of the shower/radiator to get to the toilet. The apartment also has zero natural light whatsoever. All the windows have buildings right against them so you can see literally nothing and get no sense of sky/weather from inside. All in all it was a positive experience though and I would stay here again. The location really is worth it.

Great Venice Apartment
This was our first visit to Venice. The apartment was in a great location near the Rialto Bridge and close to all the other sites in Venice. Very well equipped apartment with new fittings so everything worked well. Surprisingly quiet at night considering the location. Close to all the sites so can be very crowded close by. Easy to find shopping. A battle with mosquitoes at first but the trick is to close the bedroom door and window. I had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Check in went well with clear instructions about where to meet. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the sites we wanted to see and worked out well. A bigger shower would be nice but that can be said for 80% of the places we stayed in in Europe.

The reviews of this property that led us to choose it were completely accurate. Minutes from the Rialto Bridge, it is secluded and quiet, very unusual for central Venice. The property manager was very responsive to questions beforehand and Francesca, who met us and settled us in, was very helpful. She made it possible for us to leave our bags at the apartment several hours before the usual check-in time. The apartment is very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We recommend it highly!

Couldn't have a better location!
Two minute walk from the Rialto Bridge but quiet. Very compact flat ideal for 2-3 fit people. 15 minutes away from San Marcos and many other great sites. Easy to take the vaperetto to & from train station (#2). Staff ensured we found the flat and we knew important details as well as helpful if issues arose.

A Most Comfortable Stay
A lovely apartment in the middle of all the activities Venice has to offer, just minutes from the Rialto Bridge and an easy walk to St. Mark Square. Our plane arrived late and our host kindly made arrangements for us to check-in. We were greeted with a most friendly young lady who led us up the stairs to a very clean apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. The large bedroom has a very comfortable bed for tired sightseers, a kitchen with all the essentials and a comfortable living area. The owners have taken great care of this property!! Great bakery and delicious gelato/crepes just around the corner. We thank you for being a part of our dream vacation and having such a comfortable place. We would come stay again!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in the heart of Venice
I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this lovely property, right in the heart of Venice. The welcome was great. I was met by Francesca at the Rialto vaporetto stop, and she showed me the way to the apartment, which is only a quick 2 minute walk from the Rialto stop. She made many sightseeing and restaurant recommendations that was very helpful. There was bottle of Prosecco and cookies waiting on my arrival....thanks for that! It was very much appreciated. Overall communication with the host, Micol, was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and extremely comfortable, with a separate lounge and dining area. Everything that I needed was available. It was like my "home sweet home" for an amazing 2 week holiday in the charming and magical city of Venice. The location of the apartment is so central to every district in Venice...so it was ever so easy to just hop on the Rialto vaporetto and go in any direction for a new sightseeing experience.....or you could just walk the labyrinth of lanes and bridges, and ever so often, get totally lost....but it's all part of the fun! Despite the apartment being in the centre - a very busy and crowded part of town - it was remarkably quiet inside, and being able to sleep without street noise was a godsend. I would totally recommend this property for it's location, cleanliness, comfort & ease of communication, and would love to stay again, if ever I come back to Venice. Thank you Micol and Francesca for making my stay a very happy and memorable one.

Perfect Venice Getaway
The property was just as advertised nothing negative to report. The location in Venice was central to all the activity with a wonderful coffee shop just in front that happened to be one of the cheapest we found in Venice. One thing we realized is you can walk from the train station as fast as taking the public boats. We would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent apartment, location, and owner support
I stayed at this property for two weeks. The apartment, location, and owner support were all excellent. I'm an experienced elderly traveller, I travel alone, and I have stayed in various apartments around Venice over the years. This location provides easy access to Rialto, the farmers market, and San Marco. A large chocolate shop, a pasta specialty shop, a patisserie, and several restaurants are just a few steps from the front door. The kitchen is small but adequate for my needs. I prepare most of my own simple meals. I was very impressed by the fast response by the owners. There was only one problem while I was there: The internet switched from cable to fiber optic. Not their fault, but the internet was down for a couple of days. The owners made two trips to the apartment, met with the internet serviceman, and got everything fixed very quickly. They now have fast, reliable fiber optic service. I have no complaints at all about my stay. The owners even arranged to have my bedding and towels changed halfway through my visit. Excellent service.

Great Rental

Lovely, quiet retreat

Je le recommande. C’est parfait.
Emplacement très central à 5 minutes de marche du pont Rialto. Toutes les visites se font à pied et à courte distance. Épicerie à côté du pont Rialto. Appartement rénové, propre et tranquille. Une jeune fille nous attendait au pont Rialto pour nous conduire a l’apartement lors de notre arrivée. J’y retournerais demain.

Micol was great and very accommodating. Our flight was canceled, then delayed but she made sure someone, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, was there to walk us to the apartment as soon as we got off the Vaporetto. Location was great. 5 min to Rialto bridge and less than 10 min to San Marco. Property was clean and perfect for our trip. Would recommend to anyone.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Venice
Small but perfectly formed apartment in a great location near the Rialto bridge. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Kitchen big enough for breakfast and snacks, and the Prosecco upon arrival was a very nice touch! It was a little noisey from the apartment above but this only meant a slightly earlier wake up call rather than any late night disturbances ! The bedroom was very comfortable and the place was clean and had nice touches throughout. We would definitely return here for a city break and recommend it to our family and friends.

Micol’s apartment was beautiful & stocked with everything my husband & I could need & more - and the snacks & Prosecco were much appreciated after our long flight! Francesca was very kind to meet us at the Rialto stop & guide us to the apartment - she give us some great recommendations as well. Despite being centrally located near the Rialto bridge, it was quiet from street noise which was great for sleeping & relaxing after exploring the city. Charming apartment close to the Rialto Bridge
Clean apartment minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and many attractions. Met by sweet Francesca who met us at the Rialto Bridge and escorted us to the apartment. Micol was very prompt at getting back to us with any questions we had prior to our stay in Venice. Centralized location for easy walks to and from all Venice has to offer. We enjoyed waking up before sunrise and venturing out, taking in the glorious aroma of croissants and the like being freshly made....yummy!!! We really loved our apartment in Venice! It was extremely central and still very quite. We had all we needed in the flat and honestly, could not imagine to have a better place to stay then here. Excellent 4 day stay in Rialto apartment.
Apartment was accurately described in listing. Prior to our arrival we had several questions about the apartment, transportation issues etc. Micol answered each email (at least 3 or 4) in a detailed and timely fashion. We even did a WhatsApp "test run" to make sure we could connect upon arrival. Francesca was waiting for us at the Vaporetto stop when we arrived just as was planned. She helped us with our luggage and the walk to the apartment was less than 5 minutes, and we are slow! The apartment building was old, as they all are, but the apartment itself was very clean and appears to have been recently professionally renovated, including AC. It was well done and spotless. The apartment is a bit small but more than adequate for a couple. I think the sofa in the TV room was a pullout but I didn't check since we were just two of us. The kitchen appeared to have all the basic items but we mostly ate out and used the refrigerator for snacks and drinks. Location, location, location!!!! You are right in the heart of the Rialto district with tons of shops, restaurants etc. Rialto Mercato was about ten minutes walk and St. Marks about 15-20 minutes or so. Micol added a lot of nice little touches that many owners don't do. Complementary bottle of Proseco and cold water in fridge, breakfast crackers with Nutella and jams, some pasta in the cupboard, laundry detergent, shampoo etc etc. Francesca was available via WhatsApp during our stay and answered very promptly. The apartment and our interactions with Micol were perfect for us. Our best VRBO experience so far!

It’s was beautiful ,clean,good location, quiet ,large ,good air conditioning.
Francesca met us at the bus ferry without any problems. We had 2 suitcases but she helped us over the bridge and up the steps to the apt. The air conditioning was excellent .They had water, cookies teas ,buscottate and jams for us. I would highly recommend this apartment . The apartment looked exactly like the pictures
