Vår lugna men ändå centralt belägna tropiska Florida Pool Villa I i Venedig, Florida lämnar inget att önska - här kan du tillbringa en avkopplande semester.

En uppvärmd pool med en separat uppvärmd bubbelpool inbjuder dig att koppla av - om du vill kan du hoppa in i den egna poolen på morgonen eller sitta på kvällen med ett glas mousserande vin i bubbelbadet. Njut av de varma kvällstimmarna på vår terrass, där insikter utanför inte är möjliga och lyssna på tystnaden.

Vi har omarbetat vår villa helt åt dig. Vår blå pärlgranit i köket låter dig också svänga kökskeden glatt. Våra sängar med MYCKET bra madrasser säkerställer en vilsam sömn. Och för din bekvämlighet finns det ett rymligt, automatiskt låsbart garage.

Home was clean, spacious, well equipped, and property manager went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed. The beds were uncomfortable and dipped down on the sides leaving us with sore backs. The pool and spa were very enjoyable though tricky to get out of without a handrail. The listing states there is a heated pool, but not that you have to pay extra for it. The additional cost to heat the pool and the uncomfortable beds are the only reason we gave this 3 stars.

Our family of four had an incredible stay while visiting family in the area. The house was quiet and comfortable at night and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need. We all loved the hot tub and pool, especially on a couple of days that were too chilly for the beach. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Venice.

The house was exactly what I hoped it would be, with a few extra unexpected comforts. The kitchen has every item a person can think of: pots, pans, storage bowls, knives, cutting boards, there was nothing that I needed all week that wasn’t in that kitchen! Then there were toys for kids, games, too many beach supplies to name them all, sand toys, pool floats, bicycles for all sizes, basically anything you would own to live in the area as a family!!! Including fishing poles!!! Saved us a some money! We were gonna rent poles but didn’t have to! It was a short drive to the beaches and was nice neighborhood!There was so much more to the backyard than just the pool! The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as expected. We utilized the outdoor table for lunch dinners, games, gossip, stories and laughter. There’s the nicest little sitting space that we didn’t know was there until our arrival. We had coffee there a few mornings and closed the night laying out there visiting! Take my advice and use the space. It’s off to the left of the pool. I could ramble on about how it met and exceeded what I was looking for on this trip but I will try to just give a few more exact words that checked every box:*clean*comfortable*spacious*relaxing*unwind*pool/hot tub*good location*problem free*worth the price

Host was welcoming and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were great! House and yard very comfortable. Our family had a nice time!Only concern, the bed in the master was not very comfortable. A bit lumpy, and it made a lot of creaking noise with every rollover and sitting up and down.

Clean and plenty of room for two adults. The pool and hot tub were a little difficult to get in and out of (very high step) no hand rails. Neighbors in back were very noisy, yelled at the kids a lot and a barking dog.

Property was respectable not fancy.

Inside clean. Outside needed yardwork. Supplied with games for inside the house. Toys for the pool, beach, and bikes. Pool and hot tube were great! Missed not having a bathtub in either bathroom. Generally house was nice. Neighborhood had nice and rundown homes.

Lovely house great location

This house is even nicer than the photos show. Fully stocked with all the pool, beach and house supplies you’d need. Location is great. We walked to Shamrock nature preserve, and Venice and Nokomis beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Check in and out were very simple. We would definitely re-book here if we come back to Venice.

Great Property for the Price

We enjoyed staying here and found everything to be as pictured. The house is clean and comfortable. We only had a few issues…trying to open and close the slider door. It is a bear to use! Also, the pool screen had a rip so the mosquitoes were quite bad the first night but management was quick to get it fixed so that the rest of the stay was much better. Some reviews mentioned the airplane traffic - we did not notice this or did not find this to be a problem. For the price this place can’t be beat. The location was central to a lot of places we were going to.

Florida break to visit to JC

The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for 5 to 6 adults, Michelle the property manager is knowledgeable about the area. Then it is so great that the backyard is covered so you can hang out by the pool without the bugs. They have everything you need for a day at the beach.

Very nice

We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. When we booked the house, we didn’t know it was very far everything, but we dealt with the situation. Overall, the villa was very nice , and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic house - great location

This is our second year staying at Villa I. We love how close it is to everything-beaches,shopping, restaurants, Shamrock park to walk along the waterway and more. The house was so clean- and provides everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bath and beach towels and other extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and more). Gerty and Michelle are super responsive hosts if you need to reach out to them. We are returning for another 2 weeks next year, which will be our third stay- this time at Villa II which is across the street, as the dates we needed were available there. Thank you Gerty and Michelle- see you next February!

Great House!

This rental is exactly as described! Very tastefully decorated with tons of amenities. The well stocked kitchen included everything from dishes to silverware for entertaining our family and friends. The pool area is set up perfectly! We enjoyed relaxing and swimming everyday. Working with Michelle was such a pleasure and Gerty is a delight! We would recommend this gem for a couple or small family and wish we could have stayed longer!

A Much Needed Respite During a Difficlt Visit

Our Fla visit was not a vacation this trip, but this wonderful house made our tasks much easier to bear. You see we lost our mother on Christmas and had to come down to sort out her affairs. At the end of each day we had a wonderful place to come and destress each day. The home is very cute, super comfortable (the beds were very comfy - I'm not easy to please & the linens & towels were lux too) and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay (we didnt use any of the toys, beach/picnic nor bbq items, nor the bikes but they are All there). Had this been a "normal" visit this house would have become our regular stay. I can't say enough about how great the owner and manager are - super easy to work with, check in/out were easy peasy, they are extra accommodating, felt like we were in great hands all the way through our stay. P.S. the pool & hot tub were totally awesome!
