San Basegio till Squeri lägenhet med utsikt över Giudecca kanalen

En ljus och bekväm lägenhet på tredje våningen med söder balkong och fantastisk utsikt över Giudecca Canal. Det är två steg från den trevliga och soliga strandpromenaden i Zattere, full av restauranger, som tar dig ett par minuter till den konstnärliga hjärtat av staden, med dess mest kända museer för modern konst: Guggenheim samling, stiftelsen Vedova, museet Pinault Punta della Dogana, som erbjuder en av de bästa utsikt över Bacino di San Marco. Lägenheten för två personer, har ett sovrum, men som inte vill dela säng kan använda bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Sovrum och vardagsrum i söderläge, köket har en liten balkong, har badrummet ett badkar och bidé.

Lägenheten är lättillgängligt, ÅNGBÅTEN stopp San Basilio ligger 150 meter.
Från flygplatsen ta buss 5 till Piazzale Roma, därifrån tar linje 6 dig till San Basilio. Från Zattere stopp rederier kommer att ansluta dig praktiskt taget överallt i staden.

Great View & Affordable

PROs- I believe this is the best price for such a view that accepts dogs in Venice. Very large with two balconies. Air conditioner in the bedroom. Excellent location to fan out to the numerous sites and restaurants. San Basilio pier (#2 & #6 water buses) a block away. You can arrive by land and quickly from the airport.CONs- The bedroom air conditioner cannot cool the entire apartment. We closed the living room and bathroom doors and it kept the bedroom and kitchen cool during the day, at night close the kitchen door and open the living room door, but less cool. The living room balcony is narrow and the air conditioner unit is at the end and blows hot air on you. No microwave. Only one kitchen towel. No bedding for the sofa couch in the living room. Third floor and no elevator.OVER ALL- Excellent for view and location. Conad grocery store a block away. Easy to find your way using Google map. The third floor apartment gave me needed exercise. ENJOY

Spacious, wonderful views and area

The appartment is in a lovely local area of Venice. It was good to wander in the immediate area if we wanted to escape the crowds! The views of the canal and waterways from each window was breathtaking and sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the boats go by was a treat,It is worth noting there is no lift in the building so the walk up and down to the flat was fine but not if you have walking difficulties.A fabulous stay!

Very spacious and clean apartment. Large livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. Excellent view of the canal. Very quiet area yet walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and taxi or water taxi. Giovanna is an excellent host and extremely responsive. Met us there and went through everything and had a map to get us oriented with great recommendations for places to see and eat. Even helped us get a taxi back to airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view

We had an amazing time staying in this huge, comfortable apartment - the views are beautiful and it’s in peaceful quiet Dorsoduro but not far from bars, restaurants and a great supermarket. Giovanna was incredibly helpful with check in and gave us great tips for places to go. Highly recommend.

Great location, awesome host, lovely apartment with view

We had a great stay. The host was very helpful with our check in despite our train being three hours late. We were given a map with great restaurant recommendations, and other information like the closest grocery store. The host was also very attentive in responding to messaging during our stay when needed. The photos online did not do the apartment justice. It was better than advertised and the view from the deck was an awesome treat for a breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We were even surprised to find out that the parking lot that has a stone throw from the apartment has taxis come to it and we were able to take a quick taxi ride to the airport with minimal walking with our luggage Because we had a super early morning flight. We would highly recommend this host and apartment.

Perfect in every way!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. We had stayed in other apartments in a Venice before but this surpassed them all. A bright, airy flat with 2 balconies with beautiful views. The area is lovely and quiet - a proper neighbourhood and yet near to everywhere either by food or vaporetto. We would like to return as soon as we can.

Amazing view and location

A bit off the beaten path, which is exactly what we wanted. The view from the living room terrace is amazing, we ate dinner out there several evenings. The kitchen terrace is great for breakfast! The apartment is close to 2 vaporetto stops and a really great little grocery store with a small deli and bakery. A medium walk to the Train station and airport bus too. The kitchen could use a few more things (colander, cooking utensils) but we made do. This place is a great value for the price.

Perfect place to Stay in Venice

Apartment has a balcony that overlooks the water and several churches. 4 minutes walk to San Basilio vapretto and 7 minutes to Zetterre(main stop). Lots of restaurants within 1-2 minutes and lots more within 7 minutes on the water. Two top recommended artesional gellati places within 7 minute walk. Air conditioned bedroom, great kitchen and shower, loads of room and furniture in the living room.

Lovely place!

So bright and airy! Lovely cross breeze and wonderful view. Giovanna was very welcoming. The location was convenient to vaporetto stop, but we walked everywhere comfortably. Well equipped, but could use a new corkscrew and bigger wineglasses. You will enjoy your stay here.

Wunderschöe Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Vaporetto Stadion von Giovanna abgeholt. Von da sind es bis zur Wohnung nur ein paar Schritte! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat zwei tolle Balkons und wir konnten jeden morgen draußen frühstücken. In der Wohnung ist alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch zum Supermarkt ist es nur ein kurzer Weg, ebenfalls sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir hatten ein Actv Ticket für eine Woche von Deutschland aus gebucht und so konnten wir bequem und jederzeit hin und her fahren wie wir wollten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, in einer wunderschönen Stadt und für uns perfekten Unterkunft.

Perfect location, very nice place

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon 8/28/17 - 9/2/17. We loved it! We had a beautiful view of the canal and Guidecca from the living room balcony and the bedroom window. I loved the terrace adjoined to the kitchen. It was perfect for breakfast and late night coffee, and really gave you that European feel. The apartment was very clean, and we had fresh towels and linens upon arrival. Augustino helped us with the check in process and even pointed out some key places to visit, and some restaurants, and even Conad, a grocery store a block away. We mostly ate out, but we did bit breakfast food to cook in the mornings and one night we bought and cooked homemade pasta in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed being in Dorsoduro as opposed to San Marco, which was quite crowded and loud. We would walk to San Marco and when we arrived back, we enjoyed the quieter setting of our neighborhood Dorsoduro. We loved walking along the Guidecca Canal, it was much more leisurely than the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this place!

Unschlagbare Aussicht

Wir waren nach zwei Jahren Wiederholungstäter, weil uns einfach die Lage (Supermarkt und Vaporetto in unmittelbarer Nähe) und vor Allem die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr gefällt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher spartanisch, genügt aber unseren Ansprüchen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass der Vermieter die Balkon-Sitzgarnitur inkl. des kleinen Tisches erneuert. Schon vor zwei Jahren fiel der Tisch fast auseinander, nun hält ihn nur noch sein guter Wille zusammen. Wir würden trotzdem (s.o.) wieder diese Wohnung buchen!
