“The location is perfect for beach access. Beautiful sunsets and lounging on the upper deck. The house is a bit quirky in that the lounge area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. Yes you can cram 12 people into the property but it would be a disaster. The place is too small for 12 people. If 10 of them were children under 12 that would work. The decor is very dated and tired. The inside is very dark downstairs too because of all the timber and the only small TV is upstairs which has issues...
