âHad a bar/restaurant that served tasty food and not too loud. Also gave me the option to check out later, which will allow me to use their outdoor pool tomorrow. I normally get in late and have to leave before you can lay by the pool. â
âWe stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
Itâs by far the worst Hyatt Iâve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasnât appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...

âSo clean, lots of amenities for a reasonable price. Staff was so friendly and accommodating and it's right next to Hard Rock Casino which was so much fun also!! Lots of restaurants near by also I loved everything about my stay and will only be using this hotel next time I'm coming through Tulsa.â

âThe prices are great for the room. I got a king bed. The bed is comfortable and the shower doesn't have that extremely hard pressure. The staff is friendly. I got access to the pool and free breakfast which I liked, their hours for breakfast are 6:30-9:30am. This gives me time to get up and go get breakfast instead of rush. I will be returning as soon as possible and highly recommend. The only thing is the floor, definitely have to wear house shoes as the floor has a sticky feel to it. Besides...
âI needed a place to stay at the last minute for a family emergency. Double Tree is always consistent and this time was no different. Bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly. â
âHot breakfast items are limited (breakfast sandwiches or premade mini omelettes), but this wasn't a deal breaker for my partner and me. Beds are super comfy, room was clean, and the staff was nice. Definitely a great place to stay as part of a longer trip, but the single (king) room might be a little cramped for longer stays.
Location was good - check out the Asian restaurant next door! - price was good, and overall I would stay here again.â
