âWe stayed in July for one night, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and was in constant contact to ensure our visit was seamless. Our bed in the blue room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very yummy: â
âNice big sinks in the room. Expedia listed check-in time starting at 2pm so that's when we arrived. The reception desk informed us check-in is 3pm, not 2pm. They graciously checked us in anyway instead of asking us to go somewhere and wait.â
âMy family and I loved staying here! The cabin was very clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Hope to be back during the winter b/c Iâm sure it's absolutely magical with snow on the groundâ

âThe hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, especially Symphonie. The breakfast had a great selection and the eating area also very clean. We had a great experience. â
âThis is a genuine five star property, an ideal of what a country inn should be. Beautifully designed and decorated, comfortable and welcoming, charming staff. One of the nicest places weâve ever stayed.â
âWe were welcomed warmly by Steve and Joan, plus their pup Lucy. Itâs a very old structure with all the charm and intricacies those bring, but we found it rustic, historical and full of old world charm. The breakfast was exceptional, fruit cup, mango scones, and baked egg and zucchini. A lot of thought and care went into that breakfast, it was not a quick and easy meal to check the breakfast box. We will think of Centennial House first when planning future visits to Western Massachusetts. â
