“We sure enjoyed our stay. We came as a few mom with our daughters to play a softball tournament nearby. The place was clean comfortable. Air conditioning worked great after being in the sun all day. The girls loved the hot tub and gas fireplace. We loved listening to the crickets and frogs at night in the rocking chairs out on the porch. And the stars at night were beautiful. Thanks for a relaxing stay. The girls didn’t even get to playing pickleball. Maybe next time!”

“Our family of 6 came (3 kids) came for the weekend to explore the Dinosaur Monument and state parks. It was fantastic! Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again!”

“Had everything we needed for 6 guys who were there for fly fishing - we relaxed in the evenings and used the grill and outdoor patio and kitchen quite a bit - downstairs tv room was great to watch movies before bed. Plenty of amenities for kitchen and bathrooms.”

“It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon. ”
