“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

“This place was so cool. The host(s) could not of been more accommodating. The pet friendly beach is an easy (5) minute walk away. One of us is a very light sleeper so the master br a/c unit noise was a minor issue. ”

“Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time. ”

“I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt...

“We had hoped for an ocean view. The view was a tiny little view over the top of buildings. We were on the bottom floor which we personally don’t like. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. One could barely open the door without hitting the toilet and by that I mean there was less than half an inch between the door opening and the toilet. The shower was nice except it backed up and took forever to drain. The carpet was nasty with large stains. The beds were nice and comfortable. I expected more...
