Arena 5 Minutes - Verona Journeys

A cozy retreat in the heart of Verona, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Brà and the Arena. This bright and quiet apartment, located on the ground floor with easy access, is ideal for opera lovers, given its central location and proximity to the city's main attractions.

The property features a small outdoor space in the inner courtyard, equipped with a table where you can enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring the city. Inside, you'll find a well-organized studio apartment with a kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa bed, providing enough space to comfortably accommodate up to three people.

The bathroom is complete with a shower and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited. We can suggest the public parking: Centro in Via Campo Marzo.

Heating and air conditioning are regulated according to regional ordinances, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.

Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€40) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
