“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. “Becky is a lovely host. She was very responsive, quick to troubleshoot, left a very gracious welcome basket with munchies for each night, and a warm welcome card. She even checked in a day into our stay to see how things were going. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfy and she had a wide variety of pillows to choose from for personal comfort. Location was great between downtown Lex and BV. Will stay again left time were in the area. Thank you, Becky. ”

“The house is old but looks newly painted inside. It boasts a good size kitchen, dining room and 4 double bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom if someone can’t walk the stairs. We used the screened side porch a lot and the hot tub every night. The only thing needed to enjoy outside hot tub are lights for the stairs to the deck. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from Charlottesville. ”
