    Located just one street from the beach and a short walk into the attractions of central Victor, this beautifully renovated single-storey 60s style home is perfectly located for year-round holidays. Walk to Granite Island, the Whale Centre, the cafes and pubs in Victor, the shops in Ocean Street, and events in Warland Reserve or just head to the sheltered sandy beach of Victor Harbor. The dog park is just 5 minutes' walk.

    The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan layout with sunny north-facing bedrooms and a living area. The front and rear undercover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday.
    The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.

    There is fast NBN Wi-Fi, a big-screen TV, and the added bonus of Netflix. Year-round comfort is provided by reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling).

Impressed with Quality of accomodation

The property was well-maintained and very close to the beach, I also found the rental manager easy to communicate with and very helpful regarding all my inquiries. It was a pleasure, and I would certainly recommend the property to others.

The house is lovely, clean , relaxing , in a good area, close to everything. Just about everything you need is there,. Very good for our dogs, good fenced back yard.

Neat & tidy little set up

Satisfied with our recent stay at this property. For an older property it is displayed neat, tidy and clean throughout, with secured area for pets. Comfortable furnishings throughout also. Thankful for the refreshing stay and having the opportunity to include the furbaby within the stay too.

Fabulous stay in lovely accomodation

Well laid out house with very generous provisions, quality glassware, cutlery etc. great feel and so easily housed our family of 2 adults and three children aged 12-17. Warm, inviting and very friendly check in and instructions.

Fantastic stay.

A short walk along the Esplanade to the centre of town, and I could bring the dog along too. The secure backyard and pet friendly facilities were brilliant. Thanks very much for allowing dogs!

Home away from home

It was lovely listening to the ocean at night and the back garden was great for the dogs , lots of areas to explore. The grand kids liked it as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing that would be good to have is a poop scoop as it would be a lot easier to clean up behind the dogs. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

This was a terrific home to stay in. All details were thought of, even to beds for dogs and bowls. Human beds were extremely comfortable as well. Back yard was safe and fun for the dogs with covered deck area. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and wine glasses. Host was very quickly responsive to requests for information before the trip. Lounge/dining area was spacious and comfortable and the heating system was very efficient. Very highly recommended.

Young Family

Location was quite good. It was my mistake for booking a pet friendly place. However would not recommend if you have small children that go on the floor. Within an hour of being there, there was dog hair coming out of the furniture and floor rugs. We ended up leaving a day early because of this. Probably a great place if it is just adults and animals.
