“Very lovely stay. Nice ground floor unit. Good mini split heat and cooling. Nice kitchen. Fast internet. Good location to several tram lines and metro-rail line for easy transit in and around the city. Plenty places to eat close. Several grocery stores.”

“The property was spotless - it was very clean, tastefully decorated and renovated with quality appliances. It was only meters away from the water, and an easy walk to restaurants. ”

“very clean and comfortable place.”

“Thos apartment floats in a special place. The generous windows are filled with clouds, trees, and the sounds of happy park people. Descend to enjoy the earthy pleasurss of nearby St Kilda. Or just continue to float. ”

“Lovely. We enjoyed the apartment. Owner was very good and friendly. We will book the same apartment when we visit sandy point next time. The apartment was very comfortable and we did not find any issues at all and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done. Property manager sent the link to the google form but no inductions are done Sat to Monday, so first...

“The host was clear and organised and told us everything we needed to know and more?”

“The cleanest stayz I've ever been to. Beds are comfy, showers are great, host is friendly, location is fantastic. Nothing to complaint about at all. Had a wonderful stay.”

“The apartment was clean and homely, there were many paintings and ornaments so didn’t feel like a hotel. The furniture was comfortable and not IKEA rubbish which many rentals sadly have these days. The location was very good.”

“Chambre impeccable ! Très confortable ”

“Yes, all good. ”

“The patio door does not latch. Need to fix”

“Great location and nicely appointed apartment. Little things like pillows everywhere so you end up tripping over them, empty tissue box, check in process is a little adventurous, having to remove your own rubbish, pack the dishwasher, and the main couch is completely worn out. ”
