“The room was nice, clean and updated - breakfast was a nice touch. But this hotel is incredibly loud. We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed....

“We stayed no balcony unit. It was terrible view and noise from the laundry room right beside us. We changed the room but there was completely street and parking lot view. Neighbours were not good also. I recommend to book at Inner harbour area hotel . ”
