“It was a pleasure to stay two nights at the Arabella. Excellent clean room. Well maintained beautiful garden. Peaceful friendly welcoming staff. Relaxing swimming pool and hot spa tub.”

“Fantastic accommodation with lots of amenity included - hairdryer, breakfast, a desk, lots of powerpoints, even an extra blanket. Rooms were very clean and minimal but stylish. Would be good if there were more stair openings from the carpark to the suites. Friendly staff! Beautifully kept grounds.”

“I had a lovely stay at the Cubana in Ballina. They are the friendliest staff I have ever met and always had a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless and I just loved that I had a kitchen and laundry available anytime of the day. The pool was sparkling and the grounds well cared for. The rooms were quiet and even though many people stayed, I didn't hear them. Thanks for a great stay.”

“The staff we’re very accommodating we arrived early and asked if we could have our room as we were attending a funeral and they accommodate us in our request. The room was clean neat and tidy. Amenities were good. If we had a function in Ballina we would definitely stay there again.”

“Very spacious room and okey interior. Loved the balcony and having a kit ca en in the room. But why not have a dishwasher? Who want to do dishes while on vaccation? Hotel is waterfront. But water was muddy and did not add anything to the experience. ”

“Large room with king bed. Friendly staff. Several restaurants nearby although we used The Station next door to buy takeaway for a night in to watch the tennis. Bathroom was dated but would definitely stay again.”

“Recommend 100%! Love this hotel. So friendly owners/staff, clean room and bathroom, and very nice beds. Would stay again. If you're going to Byron Bay it's a 45-60min with bus, costs a feel dollars. Easy to get there. Time flied fast because of the view from the bus. Information centre, pool, waterslides and a small beach across the street.”

“The motel is conveniently located along a main road and offers parking. There isn't much to do in the city itself but it's perfect for an overnight stay for further journey the next day. Clean and spacious room. ”

“Bra läge med promenadavstånd till enklare shopping. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Bra storlek på rummet för att stanna en natt. Tyvärr ingen mikrovågsugn annars bra med kyl, the och kaffe. Badrum och dusch ok. Gratis parkering just utanför dörren.”
