âConvenient good value hotel. Spacious clean room in good condition with large comfy bed. Although very close to M62 the double and secondary glazing did a great job to keep the traffic noise out. The included breakfast was grab and go style but the bacon sandwich was hot and well-filled, good choice of other items. We used for a music event in Halifax, and will very probably use next time!â
âWhat a little Gem. Everything was perfect. All the staff were so friendly and professional. The food was excellent, we had dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea. The room was stunning with everything we needed.
I would definitely stay here again.â

âWe just stay one night on a business trip. Rooms were nothing special and with no air condition it was a little bit difficult to sleep this warm night.
Food was absolutely OK. Dessert delicious

âOnce we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. âWanted to stay somewhere with a rural charm, and this did not disappoint! Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the half board which offered great value. Proper pub food, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Same can be said about breakfast. Great location to explore the area and walks nearby. Only slight downside were that the walls were quite thin so you could hear movements from neighbouring rooms. â
