“We have stayed here before and wanted to come back. We booked a classic King and got the opportunity to bid for an upgrade to the Executive suite and got it. When we arrived, there were no Executive suites ready and they put us in a Signature suite instead at no extra cost. The staff here are so friendly and go above and beyond and made our stay so enjoyable. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.”

“Brilliant place, very quiet, 2 bedrooms, huge living room and 2 bathrooms, right near metro in a nice area. Clean and lots of storage.”

“A very good hotel with good distance to everything. Fantastic breakfast with menu choices for the hot dishes. Nice staff and fresh rooms. The only thing that was less good was that it was cold in the room”

“Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back”

“Vid incheckning fick jag ett ostädat rum. Gammal mat stod kvar i rummet och handdukar överallt. Fick ett nytt rum, väggarna var smutsiga och ofräscha. Safety boxen gick inte att öppna. Berättade för personalen hur dåligt det var. Ingen kompensation. Tur det finns många andra hotell i Newcastle, jag bor inte här nästa gång..”

“Detta hotell var nog finaste som fanns 1990 men tiden har sprungit förbi och är inte fräscht längre. Luftkonditionering fungerade ej tillfredsställande ”
