Gårdshotell i Vienna

“Staff was friendly. A little road noise. Breakfast was same as usual, could be improved.”

“The property itself was really starting to show its age. The lobby looked like it needed to be swept and mopped. My biggest concern was about the front desk. The staff that worked there appeared sloppy and inefficient. Their clothing was not nice or sharp, but untucked, sloppy, and a poor representation of the company. I wanted to get a receipt for our stay and they said I could get that online. I would really have preferred to have the receipt handed to me. For those of us who are older,...

“First of all, this property should have its Marriott license revoked because: 1. the hotel is dirty; 2. my room was not cleaned for two days, despite my raising the issue; 3. on the third day, the room was cleaned but left open with our belongings exposed—the cleaning staff left the room open.”

“The front window was broken. Had been for a long time from. The check in area was dingy and dirty. The hallways all had a nauseating aroma of cigarettes and mildew. Once in the room, the swing lock was there, but the bolt for it was not. We found the bed was poorly made, pillows literally thrown on the bed. This was and will remain a very last resort option.”

“All amenities closed: half the hotel closed off and Pinot and dirty. The staff very rude and consist of one person who does it all. Dirty stained linens at linen change. Just terrible and utility companies wanting to shut off water and gas. Gross!”

“Place has gone down hill. Tons of noise from guys throwing chairs into dumpster as part of some renovation. Parking spaces blocked off with old chairs. Shabby looking. Staff was aloof. Breakfast was lame. Location is all it has at this point.”

“Room had roaches in it, very unacceptable”
