“Nice neighbourhood and close to the metro what makes getting around easy, apartment was clean and matched the pictures online. Check in was abit stressful due to some of it coming across in English and some in French but easily solved by using the automatic translate on the phone.”

In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....

“The apartment was very spacious and the people who worked there were very helpful. It is also located very conveniently and near metro lines. The bed needs to be replaced because it slumps into the middle and is very lumpy. The listing says it is on floor three but it up 4 flights of steep stairs. There is also no air conditioning and the water heater is small so take quick showers!”
