“Jättebra boende. Rent och snygg. Dubbelsängen dock för sliten bredd, 140 cm. Mycket trevligt bemötande och värden var mycket gästvänlig och trevlig. ”

“Loved my stay”

“Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff.”

“No restaurant closed got a voucher for seamill hydro should be telling you this when you book hotel”

“A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you”

“They never cleaned my room once and I was there for 7 days....I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels........some staff were nice others rather curt....I found the food awful only ate there 3 times that was enough for me did not like the fact you had to go up to the bar order food pay for before I sat down...........Now I have left a necklace there by mistake I have phoned my cousin in the same town and asked her to check with them in room 108 we will see if it has been had back to the...

“Var beredd på att meddela vad du vill äta till frukost. Nära till tåg och färja, bra läge. Trevlig personal.”

“Difficult to park here, also a great pity that the owners who take people hard warned money don’t want to meet & greet their guests. The basics in guest care missing here. ”

“Enjoyed having breakfast & being able to look out to the shoreline. Plus, easy access to the local area. Ray & Jackie are very welcoming hosts!”

“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

“Trevligt hotell med två bröllop som pågick under vår vistelse. Vi bodde i premium-rum som var väldigt fint. Rent och städat”

“Friendly accommodation in a perfect location with sea views and beautiful walk into the town. Nice bar area and rooms, excellent value! ”

“Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned.”

“Bra restaurang å god mat. Men problemet var Hotel rummets dörr som inte gick att öppna och det hände 2 gånger och fick ringa efter hjälp.”

“Fantastiskt rum med himmelsäng och havsutsikt!”

“We loved it here. The decor was on point. Little disappointed check out was 10am but that's just because we wanted to spend more time there. Excellent location for the town and nearby shops etc. 10 out of 10 for kerplunk being available! Thanks!”
