We were told that the second and third floor are temporarily closed, but we did see a guest in a room on second floor, so it was strange. The hotel didn't have a warm breakfast for vegetarians, but a few vegan items were arranged on the second day. There were some unknown noise during the night. The toilet seat could not stay in up position. The room and overall hotel gave a feel of 2-star hotel and not 3-star hotel. "
