2 houses with each own pool 60 kms northern Lucca for up to 18 persons

The property lies at 500 meters from the village of Villa Collemandina in a beautiful hilly area of Tuscany (50 Kms northern of Lucca). The location on an altitude of approximately 550m, grants a not too warm climate in the summertime (the temperature during the night is almost alsways not higher then 18C°. The property has a large garden (mostly lawn) with two swimming pool. The biggst one is 12 by 6 meter pool (depth 1,4 meter), the smallest 10 by 5 meter (depth 1,4 meter). On the property there are 2 houses (attached). The whole property (both houses, pools and gardens) is for private use of the tenant. It is suitable for up to 19 persons. There are in total 8 bedrooms, 4 with double bed and 4 with two single beds. There are also an extra bed and two baby cots available. Each house has 2 bedrooms with double bed and two with 2 single beds. One house has 4 bathroom (all with shower and toilet), the other 2 (both with shower/toilet).

The 4 bathrooms house has on the ground floor a large dining/living room with well equipped kitchen, the bedroom with 2 single beds (it s possible to add an extra bed) and en-suite bathroom. Next to the living/dining room there is a terrace with table/chairs and sun umbrella for outdoor dining. From here you have a panoramic sight and view on the pool area. There is also a barbecue to cook. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wi-fi internet connection available. All common household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, oven ....).

The 2 bathrooms house has on the ground floor a large dining room/kitchen with a well equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom (shower, toilet). On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (two with double bed and two with 2 single beds), bathroom (shower, toilet) and a covered terrace. Wi-fi internet connection available. All common household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, oven).

Grocery store and bakery are available in the village of Villa Collemandina, on walking distance (around 500 meters) from the property. There is a small supermarket at 1,4 km from the property. More shops and restaurants are available in Castiglione di Garfagnana (2,5 kms far away) and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (12 kms), there is a big supermarket (open every day from 8:30 to 20:30 and on Sunday from 9 to 20) near Gallicano (18kms from the villa). The golf course of Golf Club Garfagnana is 9 kms far away. Tennis lane and horse riding at 3 kms. It is a good point of departure point to visit cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and many other small villages and on the other side for a day to sea (on 56 km distance) or in the mountains.
