“The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. ”

“The laundry situation sucked. We had to use coins to wash and dry. Our clothes did not dry after one cycle. We went back downstairs to ask for more coins and they didn’t have any. We wished we just found a local laundry mat and started the washing process there. The staff at the lobby didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or a solution for my problem. “The hotel is nice and very clean. I feel it could have included more amenities in the room like an ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and a desk. Overall though it was nice and I’d stay there again. ”
