“La ubicación de la casa es excelente enfrente del mar, hermosa vista. La parte de la alberca en el jardín está muy bien. Pero en general a la casa le falta mucho mantenimiento. Uno de los baños tardaba mucho en llenar el excusado, el agua de las regaderas olía a metal estaba sucia. El jacuzzi del piso de arriba no servía y estaba el agua helada y el mosaico sucio con moho.
