“Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. “Wendy’s place in was lovely, the pool was fun for cooling off and the house supplied with all the necessary cooking appliances. Wendy was quick to respond to communications and helped with any needs we had. There was a small issue with the security at the entrance not letting us in despite having our names on a list, but Wendy was quick to help resolve the issue. It is definitely a secure, quiet neighborhood. ”

“We have an amazing time in the house. The house is very confortable and have space enough for a big group of people. The locations is closed by playa Minitas. We have the help of Lore and it was the best thing. She keep everything organize and clean all the time. She was always there to help you with anything. She is an amazing person and easy to communicate with. Victor was always there to answer all the question and make sure everything was ok.”
