Splendid independent holiday villa with private garden, located in a spectacular position because it is literally perched on the Portofino peninsula, about ten minutes walk from the square and the port, shortly after the private villa of Dolce & Gabbana.
It boasts private access to the sea and a breathtaking view (both sea view and garden). Immersed in the greenery of nature, it guarantees maximum privacy to its guests.
Among the outdoor spaces, we find: a large terrace shaded by a centuries-old wisteria, an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with umbrella and a solarium with sun loungers, to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea view and the surrounding landscape.
The structure is in such a secluded and quiet area that from the entrance gate to the villa you have to go down 39 steps while from the villa to the solarium there are 23 steps.
Guests have access to a private rock platform where they can sunbathe and dive into the blue sea. To reach the rock platform, you need to go down 180 steps.
Guests are advised that this villa is accessible only on foot, and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. However, a porterage service is available, which must be agreed upon in advance.
From the moment you arrive, you will find an immediately relaxing atmosphere thanks to a relaxation package (available upon request and at an additional cost) that includes groceries and a dinner prepared and delivered upon your arrival.

A splendid villa located in a spectacular position on the Portofino peninsula, about ten minutes' walk from the square and the port. It boasts a breathtaking view and private access to the sea. Ideal accommodation for couples of friends or families who want to spend an unforgettable holiday on the Ligurian Riviera, immersed in the peace and quiet of nature, and at the same time close to the famous seaside resorts such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

The holiday villa is spectacularly located on the peninsula of Portofino, just 5 minutes on foot from the main square and the harbor. A private elevator connects the harbor with the pedestrian road that gets to the lighthouse. The villa is about 10 minutes (300 meters) walking to the center of the village if you use the lift that connect the harbor to the walking path, and 20 minutes without the lift.
Portofino is a famous fishing village on the Ligurian Riviera south-east of Genoa. International seaside resort, since 1995 it is included in the “Pearls of the European Tourism Club” which gathers high touristic, environmental and cultural resorts. It is characterized by pastel-coloured houses, exclusive boutiques and restaurants with fish specialties overlooking the square. The latter dominates the port, where luxury yachts are moored. In addition to shops and alleys, you will also find a thick vegetation, a wonderful sea, a charming inlet, the mountain behind and the fishermen: an unforgettable landscape show. Portofino is entirely for pedestrians so you should stay here without a car and use public transportation.
The Portofino area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, practicing water sports and taking day trips to other areas of the Liguria Coast or to the Cinque Terre. Santa Margherita Ligure (just 4 km from the villa) is another beautiful, characteristic Ligurian seaside town with its port, where you will find anchored both fishing boats and luxury yachts. It is equipped with all the necessary services: from bars to restaurants to supermarkets, from the train and bus station to the ferries station for wonderful trips to discover the Ligurian Riviera. Moreover, Santa Margherita Ligure is located only 4 km from the highway whose entrance is located in Rapallo.

There is no private parking area available. You can park your car in the private garages near the "piazzetta" of Portofino (price 20,00€ per day).

The villa, arranged on 2 floors and tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 11 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with double bed (divisible into two single beds) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms enjoy a splendid sea view.
First floor: We are welcomed by a large and bright living room with white sofas and French windows that allow direct access to the outdoor patio. Next, we find a formal dining room with a wooden table for 10 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. In addition, there is a room used as a study with a comfortable desk and chair, perfect for those who need to work/study even on holiday.
The sleeping area on this floor consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed (not divisible), ensuite bathroom with tub and garden view; 2 bedrooms with double bed (divisible into two single beds) and 1 bedroom with single bed for the eleventh guest.
Only 3 bedrooms have a sea view, while one has a garden view.
Along the corridor there are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
Air conditioning is present in the 5 double bedrooms.

The property can be rented to no more than 10 guests with a 6% discount .
In this case the 10 guests have exclusive use of the entire property except for a room intended for the eleventh guest which will be closed.
