“Friendly staff, conveniently located right off the highway. I would try to get a room on the front side of the hotel (even room numbers) to minimize highway traffic noise. Great breakfast and well maintained facilities.”
“Quick stop. Found very clean hotel with new fixtures in the bathroom. Hallways and room smelled clean. Unfortunately the water for shower was not hot and the beds were very firm, but at least they didn’t sag. ”
“We frequently stay at B&Bs and this property outshone all the others. The bathrooms were all modern and very clean, comfy bed, great lighting in the rooms. The breakfast might have been the best part, however, and every day was delicious, filling, and pretty presentation. The inn provides lots of water and soft drink choices, as well as coffees and teas (all self-serve). Fresh-baked cookies every night, and self-serve wine, too! Dawn and Bruce are the consummate hosts and know more about...
“Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, it needs some upgrading. The inside, while no frills, is exceptionally clean, and the beds are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy drive to beautiful downtown Carlisle. For a night or two, a great value. Will definitively stay there again the next time through. ”
