“Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Be careful with the breakfast. The " juices" are concentrated sugar water with dye. The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less”

“The shuttle is extremely limited and we had the choice of being four hours early to our domestic flight or late. We called an Uber instead.”

“The building, rooms and staff are excellent for the most part. Where they struggle is with their airport shuttle. They encourage booking the shuttle. Yet the driver allows "walk-ons". In our case the shuttle had too many passengers so the hotel had to panic call taxis to accommodate the overflow. We barely made our flight as a result. If it looks like the shuttle is going to be too full make sure the "booked" passengers get on first as they had the foresight to organize themselves.”

“The room was not clean and housekeeping service was poor. We still saw garbage between the beds, and the cups were not replaced. The screws on our door lock even came off, which was concerning. The parking spaces are also extremely tight — it feels like sardines. It was very difficult to get in and out of the car, especially for a pregnant woman when opening the door.”
