“Cleaning was terrible. Dog hair everywhere. People needed to buy their own comforters because the hotel only offered blankets. ”

“Front desk clerk was very nice. The issue I had was that there were no bath towels in the room, and I didn’t realize it until 4:00am when I had to shower.”

“Room was clean the property itself is outdated and could use remodeling. Staff was friendly and nice.”

“Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. ”

“Clean room but needs updating, the heat was not up to temperature, requested an extra blanket from the front desk staff and they could not accommodate my request. There is road noise from the freeway and a new policy charging guests for parking. ”

“What a nasty smelly hotel. Carpet was so gross and the appearance of the inside needs some work. Our room was run down and smelled gross. Never would we have stayed if we would have knew how run down this hotel was!!!!!! ”

“My room was very clean and the property was quiet. While I missed breakfast everyday and came back too late to use the spa I enjoyed every moment of my stay and felt safe and cared for the entire time. ”
