“Cleaning was terrible. Dog hair everywhere. People needed to buy their own comforters because the hotel only offered blankets. ”

“The staff are wonderful people the rooms are very beautiful and very clean when u need something they take care of it right away the maids are wonderful and make sure u have everything need and they are very nice and wonderful ladys butt so are the front staff would”

“Had to change rooms because of broken lamp with wire exposed. Shower head leaked and sprayed the walls and ceiling. Clearly, regular maintenence and room checks do not happen.”

“Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. ”

“Odd smell coming in. Had no Shampoo upon arrival. The man at the front was helpful and very pleasant. The bathroom drain was out and there was a spider and a massive web in the bottom of the bathtub. Everything else was nice ”

“The rooms were huge with full amenities such as a kitchen: full refrigerator/ top stove and a microwave! The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful. I did have an incident occur but the front desk personnel I cannot remember her name I should have written it down maybe with a s? blond hair but anyways she was very understanding and made sure I received compensation and that was very kind.”

“We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.”
