"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"The trulli is a quaint, comfortable, attractive property. It is compact, but has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The outside area is private. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and read a book. My only quibble is that the property could use use a new shower head. Highly recommended."

"Would absolutely recommend this place! The location is perfect just 1 minute walk from the old town and a 5 minute walk to the Monopoli beach. Ivo made our stay very nice. "Our family had such a lovely time in this trulli and a wonderful vacation in Southeast Italy. The property is nestled amongst an olive groves along with fig, rosemary, and lavender dotting the property. The pool and outdoor space was well used even in October. It was perfectly located being 20 minutes away from Ostuni, Alberobello, and Locorotondo. The structure itself was cozy with enough features to cook and entertain a family of three. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms modernized....

"Offered everything needed with the special plus of a trullo stay. Great new kitchen and beautiful pool! Two main issues: Hot water a big problem in main house (heater not staying on, with need to reset often) and insufficient hot water in trullo. Structural problem with plaster left crumbling pieces and powder throughout main house. Perhaps not dangerous but not agreeable either."

"Thank you for sharing such a unique and lovely property! The Trullo is set apart at the end of a small road - only about a mile or so from Cisternino - ie happy walk back after a lovely long lunch. Set in such lovely surroundings between olive trees, wild flowers and a more established garden, it is the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. "Our 4 night stay at the Residence Club Barbara was perfect, the apartment was clean and had everything needed. The lady in reception was very nice and really helpful. We were very early in the season, so only 2 restaurants open and 1 small grocery store. A frequent bus service to Ostuni town or train station meant that we were never short of things to do. We were able to visit Bari, Lecce and other towns great train service "
