“withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! Dans les petits bémols, la maison commençait à être mise en location et les casseroles, poêles, etc pourraient être...

“Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house.”

The lake is easily accessible and absolutely fantastic to swim in and there are many beautiful locations which you give a spectacular view of it.There are many nice, easy walks in the area too.Communication with property manager was very easy, the lady who was in charge was responsive and spoke confident...

“The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. “A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.”

"Very well situated to all the major attractions. Walking distance to everywhere. One can rent electrical bikes by booking ahead of time. They have a pool if one does not want to spend all day bathing in the lake, although the lake is refreshing to bath in. The beds are not too comfortable, a bit too hard and the pillows are definitely something I would change if I was the hotel owner. "

"Det här hotellet kändes modernt lyxigt. Smarta lösningar som t.ex biblioteket där man kunde hämta gratis te och kaffe och digital incheckning via baren. God frukost med gott kaffe. Vårt rum var ganska rymligt men det finns nog mindre. Lösningen med toalett med frostat glas är nog det enda som kanske inte gillas av alla."
