“This house is located perfectly in Carcassonne in the city center and close to the fortress. The accomodation is spread over a couple of floors and was relatively cool despite the heat wave (over 40 degrees) in the city, also thanks to the fans provided.Minor drawback: Arriving 15 min after check-in time, the cleaning staff still needed 15 min. Luckily, they allowed us to drop our luggage, so we did not have to return with the car in the very narrow street. The nearby car park Gambetta can be...

Jean introduced us to his excellent wines at his Cave & gave us so much information about the processes. “Wir haben die paar Tage sehr genossen. Bei der Buchung war es sehr unbefriedigend fĂŒr uns, dass wir nie einen telefonischen oder email-Kontakt zum Vermieter bekommen haben. So konnten wir ĂŒberhaupt keine Änderungen oder Absprachen mehr treffen. Das hat uns sehr gestört. Das HĂ€uschen hat uns sehr gefallen und besonders, dass die Gegend dĂŒnn besiedelt und nicht so von Touristen heimgesucht ist. Immer wieder trafen wir so freundliche Menschen. Auch hat uns der Pool ĂŒberhaupt nicht gefehlt... Gerne...

“Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. ”

Les deux piscines Ă©taient pratique mais un petit manque d’entretien. Le personnel Ă©tait accueillant. Seul le crĂ©neau d’accueil n’est peut ĂȘtre pas assez long car beaucoup d’arrivĂ©es en mĂȘme temps. ”
