“Clean property but directions could have been clearer. Owners spoke no English and we only speak schoolboy French from 60 years ago. Car essential with shops approx 15 miles away. The general area is rather bland, unlike the Dordogne proper. Need to trave for restaurants ”

“After spending time in Paris and Reims we were so excited to visit this modern home in the country. We loved soaking in the hot tub while watching the goats play and searching for hot air balloons while drinking our morning coffee. It was just what we needed. The town of Amboise was a quick 11 minute drive. We loved everything there. We also visited the amazing ZooParc Beauval during our stay which was awesome! Thank you to our wonderful host! ”
