âNice and clean. Nice design. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast, but not top class. Negatives: info on cost of pick up service at airport on Hotels.com was incorrect. Also the heater was on +27 degrees Celsius on arrival which was absurd. We needed to use AC to get temperature normal (<19)â
âRoom was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. Itâs a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.â

âLoved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. â

âAlright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they donât clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one elseâs) underwear beneath the bedâŠyou apparently...
