“Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant.
J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème.
Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème.
La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.”

This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. "The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
