“The best place to stay in Eureka!!!”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“A beautiful bed and breakfast in the Ozark Mountains. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lovely flower garden/ courtyard. The breakfast was incredible with gluten free options. Staff onsite were terrific —very helpful, friendly and tuned in to guests’ needs. Lot of comfortable places to sit and very close to downtown.”

“Adorable little village, easy to find, easy to park. There was an odor that remained throughout our stay, it smelled like cheap liquor, and while not foul, it was mildly unpleasant. The walk to Basin Park is much longer than 8 min, more like 18.”

“The pool was out of order and my kids were really looking forward to it. I asked for a discount because of it and was told since I booked it through a 3rd party they would have to talk to a manager. I still haven't heard from them. With all the other rooms available with better views we got one facing the main road.”

“The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia.”
