“Tuvimos una experiencia hermosa hospedándonos aquí. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos hicieron sentir súper bienvenidos. El lugar es muy acogedor, cómodo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente del Valle de Guadalupe. El servicio fue excelente, todo el staff fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea especial. Definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaríamos sin pensarlo.”

“Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me.”

“Where do I start with this place . I’ve stayed in many places in valle and by far this was the worst experience. They don’t really have room service. There’s no phone or fridge in the room. We had to call for help and the guy didn’t know how to get the tv to work or the A/C and it was very hot . We called and messaged with questions but the reception isn’t available until 8am which was annoying. The restaurant offers breakfast until 9am but it’s a walk from the rooms . The floors were dirty ....

“La propiedad esta un poco descuidada y al personal le hace falta capacitación, aunque tienen una buena disposición, la ubicación no es la mejor, ya que para acceder hay que pasar por mucha terracería. El Gym no funciona correctamente les urge arreglarlo y la alberca es muy pequeña y difícil de llegar”

“El anfitrión llegó tardísimo, nosotros tuvimos que instalarnos así sin ninguna instrucción porque tenemos una bebé y estaba cansada del viaje; la habitación estaba sucia, había calcetines y condones de otros usuarios. Lo peor: no hubo agua caliente, no nos pudimos bañar. Del desayuno ya ni hablamos, nadie se presentó. Además, la señalización del lugar muy mala, nada te lo indica. Fue terrible.”

“La habitación estaba muy limpia y en buenas condiciones. Todo funcionando correctamente. La cama super cómoda, con vista a los viñedos. La ducha tenía jabón, Acondicionador y Shampoo con olor a vino. Personal muy amable, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.”
