âVĂ€ldigt smidigt med möjlighet att sova en stund inne i transferzonen, men för det priset hade jag uppskattat Ă„tminstone en toalett inne pĂ„ stĂ€llet. Britsen var oerhört obekvĂ€m, kunde varit nĂ„got mjukare. Dessutom ingen flĂ€kt/ac inne i sovkuben, blev varmt efter en stund. BĂ€st: lĂ€get. SĂ€mst: hĂ„rda sovbritsen. â
âIf you're not afraid of fire alarms (which the staff ignores after you've twice carried a sick child down 7 floors via the emergency exit stairs), or you can't completely relax because of small incidents on a regular basis ((baggage that takes time to get to the room, missing food you ordered and paid for. Cutlery etc. missing. They book a taxi to the wrong hospital even though it clearly states the correct address, room service that doesn't answer when it runs out of water, not cleaned, doesn't...
âFirst the good things, the staff is great and the rooms are nice. The bad things, the food in the farmhouse is terrible. Same things are served during lunch and dinner and only Turkish and Indian food that is lukewarm. You are only allowed to the other restaurants once every third night. Limited number of free cocktails with cheap liquoer. The infinity pool has algaes which is an indication of bad quality of water. Really bad all inclusive concept.â

âWe really enjoyed our stay at Steigenberger Residences. It was our second time staying and already planning our next. The location is great only 10 mins away from major attractions like Souq Waqif and Islamic Museum. The staff were great, especially Achref and Soltane who were so attentive and helpful. We will be back next year! :)â

I stayed here for one night due to unforeseen circumstances. Itâs truly a 3-star hotel, as expected, but the rooms were overall clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were nice and very helpful.
Unfortunately, I didnât have time to explore the rest of the facilities, so I canât comment on those.
