Om du letar efter det bästa värdet på stranden, är detta 5 sovrum semi-beach beach beach "A Shore Bet"! Den har allt du behöver! Tillträde till stranden är bara ett par hus ner för en enkel stranddag. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och en stor bar för gott om förvaring och utrymme. Den avskärmade verandan erbjuder timmar med måltider och spel tillsammans, vilket gör minnen som håller livet ut. Ingen krångel, inga krusiduller, ett bra pris och nära tillträde till stranden ... vad behöver du egentligen?

En stor kung master svit har tillgång till framdäck med delvis havsutsikt och badrummet har 2 handfat, en dusch med två platser och en bubbelpool. Den stora avskärmade verandan har plats för alla och är fäst vid ett soldäck. Ägare har medvetet hållit grunderna som en naturlig miljö som ger dig en känsla av avskildhet på bakdäck och veranda. Garaget har ping pong och fotboll så att barnen kan umgås efter en hård dag på stranden medan du kopplar av på övervåningen.

Toppnivå: Stort rum med LCD-TV, tillgång till däck med delvis havsutsikt, kök med L-formade barstolar 6, matbordssits 8, tillgång till skärmad veranda med bord och sittplatser, som leder direkt till solstol, King Master med LCD TV, 2 handfat fåfänga, bubbelpool, dusch med 2 sittplatser och tillgång till däck; Sovrum med 2 våningssängar; Drottning Sovrum med LCD-TV; Hallbadrum, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare har tillgång till bakomliggande däck.

Great Thanksgiving!

We came to visit our daughter who is in the Navy and has not been home in over a year. There were a total of 13 in our family and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was great for us! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Place

While not one of the newest houses in the area, it is in really good shape and everything works, doors close nicely, furniture is comfortable and clean, and just an enjoyable place to live and be with a large group of family. We have stayed in a lot of places through the years, and this is absolutely the most well stocked house we have ever been in. The kitchen has every type of cooking pots and pans, bowls, etc that you could possibly want. Plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, etc. And the kitchen cabinets are labeled so you can readily find what you need, also all the light switches are labeled. Then there are lots of books, dvd's, ping pong, foosball, bicycles, and beach equipment. Should we ever come back to Va Beach, we would come back here!

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

We stayed here with 3 adult couples and 3 children. We had a great stay. Everything in the kitchen was labeled along with all the light switches which made life so much easier in a new place. Beds were decent. We really appreciated the sound insulation including solid doors to bedrooms. The master bedroom is very bright in the morning since it faces east. This was ok in the winter but I would want blackout curtains staying there in the summer with early sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing we were lacking was a citrus juicer. We would happily rent this house again.

Family Reunion in Virginia Beach

The proposal was perfect for our family as we were in town attending a family reunion. The house was perfect had several bedrooms and larger spots for gatherings. The house was well organized and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc.

Relaxing and beautiful

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. Located in a quiet area very close to the beach. Lots of fun things to do at the house. The only thing was the king bed was very hard however if that’s what you prefer it would be perfect. We did have to wash all the mugs as they were dirty and so were other dishes and utensils. Other then that perfect house and very comfortable.

Work friends reunion

Perfect beach house with plenty of space

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as advertised. The house has plenty of bedrooms so everyone was comfortable and the living room/dining room was a huge open space that was perfect for dinner and hanging out. We loved the outdoor space and walking just across the street to the beach.

Good views spacious & well equipped for relaxing, fun & sun.

Great rental overall and very enjoyable. The house had so many amenities. No problem finding a quiet spot on one of the 4 decks outside and decks were big too. . Great spaces to gather the whole family in or out too. Close to beach access too. Had a smoke detector issue but the Sandbridge Blue maintenance was very quick to resolve that for us. Grill needed cleaning but we took the challenge on. I had issue never getting final emails on access to property. Thankfully they sent info via text. We would definitely stay again & use Sandbridge Blue reality.

Great time staying at 'A Shore Bet' in Sandbridge, VA

A perfect size property, fully equipped for handling all beach activities, including lousy weather. Large, well stocked (with appliances and cooking tools) kitchen, large family/living room for space to play inside or out on the deck. Ping-pong table in garage, bicycles, and horseshoe pit out back. Well supplied gas grille on back deck. Have already booked for next year!

Overall wonder place

The house is amazing. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to have their own area but plenty of room for us all to eat together and be together for games and other activities. The location was amazing. Lots to do and the beach was near. My only issue was on our last day sometime before 8:00am someone showed up and started working on the house. I understand that things need to be done, but they were working on or around windows and it made my family feel uncomfortable as we had not gotten dressed for the day and people were in the in windows of bedrooms. Agai this was the last three to four hours of an amazing time. I plan to come back to this house as soon as we can!

Lovely, lovely house !

This house is really lovely. It is in a great position, close to 2 beach access points and you have a good view of the sea. The rooms are comfortably furnished and very thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen is huge, and is well equipped. We really liked that the drawers were clearly labelled with the contents. It is nice that the house is positioned south of the busy part of the beach as well !

Family Christmas

We really enjoyed the comfortable and humbleness of the Shore Bet property. It was clean, well-stocked with necessities and my family really felt right at home. It was very disappointing that we couldn't use the hot top in the master bathroom due to the fact that the hot water heater could not accommodate and even though we have all agreed we would stay again, we all would appreciate if this can be upgraded for use. The hot tub was one of the amenities offered and it contributed to me choosing this particular property.

Holidays with the family

I live in Suffolk in a tiny house, and my daughter and her family of 8 live elsewhere. I rented this house as a way for us to spend the Holidays together. We had a wonderfully relaxing time opening our Christmas gifts, walking the beach, watching movies and playing games around the large dining table. We left the property briefly to visit my home, 45 minutes away, to visit the aquarium, to have lunch at the VB Oceanfront, and to drive through the VB Christmas light display. Overall, we had a wonderful time and my granddaughters were sad to leave.

FAMILY TIME.....A SHORE BET is a secret, so don't tell too many people about it!

A SHORE BET cottage/home in the heart of Sandbridge is a great idea for the gathering of your family members. Nice floor plan, nice size rooms, and cozy at the same time. Great kitchen for the family dinners, with plenty of seating. Everything is labeled so nicely throughout the house, and just a real fun time playing foosball and ping pong with all the family members while others were sitting on the deck. ONLY complaint.....a check in of 4pm should at least be 2/3pm and a check out of 9am is really not fair and at a minimum it should be 10/11am. We would rent this cottage again and the process was exceptional. Thank you Gary Layne

Awesome vacation home

Was a very nice house that had plenty of room for all of us and not a bad view of the beach but we took my elderly mom and she couldn't go many places and the pictures showed the beach very well but they had build a house where we thought she could look at the beach easily from the deck but it was still nice she could see a little of the beach between the houses

Wonderful spontaneous

We enjoyed our vacation at this house a lot! The house was super clean and the neighborhood was quaint! We especially loved all the activities there including the games, the books, the many tvs, and the comfortable living room! Although we weren't on the beach, we were darned close and that allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee listening to the waves; it was delightful. We brought our bikes but didn't need to because they had plenty there for us to borrow. The one thing we had to get used to is not having a garbage disposal but that was so minor it is negligible... Anyways, nice family vacation home! Thanks!

Awesome property!

We stayed for an early autumn week. Two families, total of nine people, and the place was fantastic. Just across the street from the beach, plenty of room for everyone (downstairs for the teens, upstairs for the elementary schoolers and adults), extensively equipped. We wanted for nothing! The only drawback (very minor) is that the dishwasher takes forever (we were running it constantly) and doesn’t dry anything. Would definitely rent again!
