Welcome to the most reputable area in the North End of Virginia Beach where nature and beach come together. Enjoy the quiet residential setting of this 4 bedroom,3 bathroom North End oceanside duplex unit. The unit is north of Shore Drive, in the high 80s streets, the most private and family-oriented part of Virginia Beach. A short 150 foot walk leads to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the wildest and most scenic beach in the resort area. This tastefully decorated and spacious two-story unit is perfect for families with children or couples who look for comfort and relaxation. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, an outdoor shower, huge yard where you can listen to the ocean and fire up the grill to prepare a meal. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and High-speed internet. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and other assorted beach toys are provided for family enjoyment. Located 5 min by car from the resort strip and Shore drive. 4 Designated parking spaces.

If both units A and B are available in the duplex you always have to option to book both units and get 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms(sleeps 18) which will provide more than enough room for your family to stay together and enjoy the vacation.

Holiday at the beach

We had a great stay overall ! Property is right next to the beach and great for young kids as no roads need to be crossed for access. 4 rooms were great for our family! Bathrooms and rooms were a bit dated but we were there for the beach so this was not a big issue. Outdoor shower is very convenient post-beach! :)

Great location

The location to the beach is perfect. It was a short walk from the house. It was very quiet and not alot of traffic. The section of the beach was not crowded at all. That was great for us!

Vacation stay

Pros: Property was clean and had plenty of room for us to eat and visit as a family. Beds were comfortable. Area felt safe and close to the beach. Communication with owners was quick. Cons: Upon arriving were were not able to use the microwave because of the missing turn plate. The owner quickly resolved that problem. The water & ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. Being an owner of a vacation rental myself I know things like this can happen. However it would’ve been good to know in advance so we could’ve picked up bags of ice to accommodate 8 people. The outside appeared to have not been managed in a while. The back yard & the side of the house was overgrown with weeds and the lawn didn’t look like it had been mowed for a while. We couldn’t use the upstairs tub as the latch didn’t work. We didn’t know this until the last night of our stay. In the VRBO picture it showed lamps in all the rooms but there was no lamps in the queen bedroom, which would’ve been nice to have had Their was no travel size bar soap or shampoo or laundry soap provided. A few recommendations I would add to the kitchen is a juice pitcher, potato peeler, a rubber spatula .and some type of griddle for making pancakes. The only two griddles we could find had ridges on the bottom . i would also suggest haaving a second hot pad on hand as one iwas not enough to try and lift out a heavy casserole dish, etc. Overall. Our stay was great. Just need a few more items n the kitchen and some yard maintenance.

Incredible Location

First impression of the house was this is a nice neighborhood and a very clean house. It was cozy and conveniently close to the beach. They were stocked with beach gear, i.e. chairs, beach carts, coolers, and extra ice bags in the freezer. I felt like the neighborhood was safe enough to leave some of our personal beach and fishing gear outside. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming to the renters. Overall just a great location and house.

Property was in great location short walk to beach.(No Crowd). The house was as great as listed. The owner was very helpful. Big yard. All the beach equipment you would need. Very quiet neighbors.

Excellent accommocations

The house was spotless. The accommodations were as described. Plenty of room for 8 people, plus as extra cot. Walk to the end of the block(about 5 houses) and you are on the boardwalk to the beach.
