  • OBS: Våra fastigheter hyra för en 7 nätter minimum, lördag till lördag.

    Denna lägenhet ligger två kvarter från 24th Street scenen och den gamla sjöbevakningsstation & Museum. Det är gångavstånd till närbutiker, apotek, biografer, souvenirbutiker och restauranger. Bringa din semester att njuta av solen och surfa, gå eller cykla på strandpromenaden och intilliggande cykelvägen, koppla av i den milda havet vindar från din Oceanside balkong eller ta i den pulserande nattliv längs Atlantic Avenue!
    Den historiska triangel av Williamsburg, Yorktown och Jamestown, Busch Gardens nöjespark, Water Country USA, och flera gallerior utlopp är bara en timmes bilfärd bort. Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark, och Motor World go kart är alla en 5 minuters bilresa bort.
    Kamla är ett privatägt, 15 enhet, 6 våningar, Ocean Front villa komplex ligger på Virginia Beach Boardwalk mellan 21 och 22 Street på Atlantic Avenue. Denna lägenhet är en två sovrum, två och en halv bad 1250 kvm. Ft. Slutet enhet med tillgång till hiss. En privat balkong ligger på stranden sidan av lägenheten, visa upp ändlösa havsutsikt och soluppgångar med glidande glasdörr tillgång från vardagsrum / matrum. Sovrummet balkong ger underbar utsikt över solnedgången i slutet av eftermiddagen, innan spänningen i Atlantic Avenue blir levande.

    I vardagsrummet finns en 40 tums HD-TV med kabel och DVD-spelare.

    Det stora sovrummet har en king size-släde säng, 2 nattduksbord med lampor, dubbel byrå, 32 tums platt-TV, väckarklocka, badrum med jacuzzi. Det andra sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, 2 nattduksbord med lampor, byrå, TV och badrum. Det finns en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare för privat bruk. En halv badrummet ligger nära foajén. Dessa lägenheter har en tilldelad parkeringsplats i gated och garage. Ett begränsat antal oanvända utrymmen finns också i gated område på en först till kvarn får först mala.

    Familj bara. Detta är en strikt inga husdjur, ingen rökning enhet.

    Uthyrning är lördag till lördag, varje vecka vi har en 7 natt minimum.

The condo was great. It is a little dated but very comfortable. The location is amazing. Steps from the action and beach. The building is controlled access and that was nice. We fet very safe in the area going out day or night. One item to note thet has nothing to do with the condo, is the noise. The street noise is very loud - cars/motorcycles revving engines for show. The planes from the naval base fly over too, which we thought was cool, but it is loud.

You can't get any closer to the beach and some of the best resturants are within walking distance. Margie & her team do an amazing job of orgaining the arrival process and the response is immediate if there is anything you need while there.

VA Beach-Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.

Will stay again!

Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend

The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

Family vacation

Great place, amazing view!

Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Nice condo in great location

Condo is in a great location, very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, etc… Some parts of condo have been recently renovated and rest is well taken care of. View off oceanfront balcony is beautiful.

Great location, large oceanfront unit with great view !! Everything we needed!! Restaurants, grocery store ,beach all within walking distance. Street traffic a little noisy on weekends. Definitely would stay again!!
